The starting point was an old villa without any architectonic value whatsoever.
Taking advantage of the land's ground differences and slopes and the interpretation of the local regulations, we were able to build three semidetached dwellings.
The size of the plot of land makes vertical construction the only possible solution. Double and triple height high ceilings allow a progressive growth of the houses towards their own interior.
This is not a product promotion made by our studio, but Project Management tasks as well as trade hirings were undertaken.
