The artistic client wanted to 'refresh' this five floor 1860 terrace house in Chelsea and the timescale was 8 weeks to be able to complete the job.

No structural changes were made, and the intention was to create a fresh, light and calming space. All the walls were painted in "All White" by Farrow & Ball.  The vintage Saarinen "Tulip" chairs were finished with new seat squabs covered in 'Varese' velvet by Designers Guild. The Fresh, green colour ties nicely with the Art on the wall.

In the bedroom, the nineteenth century painted-pine columns in the corners accentuate the height of the ceiling and the romantic curvy double bed creates a classic, romantic feel to the space.

The clean, crisp architectural lines allow for a clear palette enhance a fresh and inspiring space.
