Parafarmacia Appiano | PATRIK PEDÒ

At the entrance to the village of Eppan in Northern Italy, a new pharmacy was built that stands out from conventional pharmacies due to its futuristic design. The project reflects modernity and new scientific developments and enables customers to immerse themselves in the future. Thorough analyses of the movement sequences as well as the limited floor space have resulted in an optimized floor plan and a versatile space.

The central inspiration for the design was the pharmacist's cabinet, whose lines frame the spaces. Curved shapes give the pharmacy a dynamic interior and visually expand the limited floor plan. Clear lines, flowing volumes and detailed light studies are reminiscent of the art of abstract futurism. Rotating shelves, fixed between floor and ceiling, make the spatial arrangement versatile and at the same time provide privacy from the outside without blocking the influx of light. The products are skillfully staged in niches on the display window side.

The centerpiece of the project is the custom-made sales and service counter made of Corian. Indirect lighting at the base of the counter makes it float above the white marble floor, lending the large counter a playful lightness. The colour white is used throughout the entire project. This monochromatic colour choice deliberately brings the colourful sales assortment into the spotlight.

Monochromatischer Futurismus
An der Einfahrt zum Dorf Eppan im Südtiroler Unterland entstand eine neue Apotheke, die sich durch ein futuristisches Design von herkömmlichen Apotheken abhebt. Das Projekt spiegelt dabei die Modernität und die neuen wissenschaftlichen Entwicklungen wider und lässt Kunden in die Zukunft eintauchen. Gründliche Analysen der Bewegungsabläufe sowie die begrenzte Grundfläche haben einen optimierten Grundriss und ein variables Raumprogramm zur Folge.

Zentrale Inspiration für das Design war der Apothekerschrank, dessen Linien die Räumlichkeiten einrahmen. Geschwungene Formen verleihen der Apotheke ein dynamisches Innenleben und erweitern optisch die begrenzte Grundfläche. Klare Linienführung, fließende Volumina und detaillierte Lichtstudien erinnern an die Kunst des abstrakten Futurismus. Drehbare Regale, eingespannt zwischen Boden und Decke, machen die räumliche Anordnung wandlungsfähig und sorgen gleichzeitig für Sichtschutz von außen, ohne dabei den Lichteinfall zu hemmen. Die Produkte werden in Nischen auf der Schaufensterseite gekonnt in Szene gesetzt.

Herzstück des Projekts ist die maßgefertigte Verkaufs- und Beratungstheke aus Corian. Indirekte Beleuchtung am Sockel der Theke lässt sie über dem weißen Marmorboden schweben und verleiht der großen Theke so spielende Leichtigkeit. Die Farbe Weiß zieht sich dabei durch das gesamte Projekt. Durch diese monochromatische Farbwahl tritt das bunte Verkaufssortiment bewusst in den Vordergrund.

Futurismo monocromatico
All'ingresso del paese di Appiano, nella pianura altoatesina, è stata realizzata una nuova farmacia che si distingue dalle farmacie convenzionali per il suo design futuristico. Il progetto riflette la modernità e le innovazioni scientifiche, permettendo ai clienti di immergersi nel futuro. Lo studio dei flussi dei clienti e lo studio dell’ambiente limitato hanno portato a delle scelte di ottimizzazione dello spazio con la progettazione di arredamenti versatili e “roteabili”.
Il progetto nasce dal modulo del mobile della farmacia. Le forme curve danno alla farmacia un aspetto dinamico e ampliano visivamente la pianta limitata. Le linee decise, i volumi chiari e i dettagli messi in risalto dai giochi di luce ricordano l'arte del futurismo astratto.
La scaffalatura gioca su un meccanismo di rotazione. Gli scaffali sono fissati tra il pavimento e il soffitto, possono essere ruotati in diverse angolazioni. Tale disposizione spaziale è versatile e allo stesso tempo preserva la privacy
dall'esterno, senza ostacolare l’ingresso della luce naturale. I prodotti, visibili dalla vetrina sono disposti sulle nicchie al lato della vetrina.
Il vero protagonista del progetto è il banco in entrata, di vendita e di consulenza realizzato su misura in Corian. L'illuminazione indiretta alla base del bancone lo fa “galleggiare” sopra il pavimento di marmo bianco, conferendogli un senso di leggerezza. Il colore bianco è il filo conduttore di tutto il progetto. La scelta monocromatica per gli interni mette in risalto l'assortimento colorato dei prodotti in vendita posizionati sotto punti luce.
