IT - Il progetto di interior design è dello Studio Stabili Architetti ed è stato realizzato interamente da TM Italia. Dal living al bagno ed alla zona notte, sono state utilizzate le stesse finiture e dettagli stilistici. Tutti gli interni di tutte le strutture dei mobili sono realizzati in legno di rovere.

Kitchen
La cucina si inserisce perfettamente nella zona living e ne diventa parte integrante, grazie al sistema di scomparsa della zona operativa e di cottura: il top, con finitura laccata bianca lucida, prevede un sistema di apertura e chiusura a ribalta, sollevandosi con la spinta di due molle a gas che accompagnano l’apertura e rallentano la chiusura.

Il top della zona operativa è in Corian, così come il lavello, saldato all’interno. Per esaltare ancor di più l’armonia di linee e forme, anche gli elettrodomestici sono stati completamente integrati nei mobili, compresi forno, lavastoviglie e frigo; anche la cappa è a scomparsa, posizionata tra i due moduli del fornello e totalmente inglobata all’interno dei mobili. La base stilistica del progetto cucina è il concept G180.

La realizzazione della cucina ha compensato la non-ortogonalità delle pareti. Il modulo centrale che ospita l’unità operativa presenta infatti delle sporgenze asimmetriche che, insieme ai diversi moduli di forma trapezoidale, consentono alla composizione la possibilità di incastonarsi perfettamente nello spazio architettonico.

Living
Nel living, tra le due finestre con affaccio su Piazza Venezia, è collocato un modulo sospeso che ospita un camino a bioetanolo su tutta la sua larghezza; al di sopra sono stati installati due moduli con anta a ribalta dotati di lastre in acciaio zincato che consente di assorbire e irradiare il calore prodotto dal caminetto. Anche in questo caso i pensili sospesi sono trapezoidali, realizzati su misura per riallineare e rendere armonico lo spazio architettonico. L’intero progetto di arredo è stato realizzato seguendo un modulo decorativo inciso sulle ante che da ritmo allo spazio con costanza.

La parete di fronte alla cucina è incorniciata da moduli trapezoidali (inclinati sullo schienale) con antine di misura 80 cm per un totale di quattro vani contenitori che possono fungere da dispense. Nella parte superiore sono stati collocati altri moduli contenitori con anta a ribalta e illuminazione a LED.

La parete prosegue con un rivestimento che si estende con soluzione di continuità fino alla porta di ingresso, inglobata in una boiserie con le stesse finiture e la stessa finitura e lo steso modulo decorativo di tutto l’arredo. Tutta la parete è montata su un’intercapedine che riporta l’ortogonalità delle superfici rispetto a quelle murarie. La parete nasconde anche la porta basculante di accesso alla zona notte e al bagno, gestita da una cerniera idraulica a pavimento che, una volta chiusa, riporta un perfetto allineamento superficiale.

Notte-Servizi
Il controsoffitto del disimpegno nasconde una feritoia consentendo la diffusione dell’aria climatizzata.

L’armadio della camera da letto è realizzato su concept D90 con aperture delle ante push-and-pull, struttura interna in legno di rovere e ante con continuità stilistica rispetto al disegno dell’intero progetto. Tutte le porte sono realizzate da TM Italia, con la stessa finitura degli arredi e soluzioni fonoassorbenti personalizzate.

L’arredo del bagno è realizzato su concept D90, con ante push-and-pull e pannelli giuntati a 45°, la struttura interna è in legno di rovere.

EN - The interior design project is by the Stabili Architetti studio and was entirely built by TM Italia. The same finishes and styling details were used in the living area, the bathroom and the sleeping quarters. The interiors of all the furniture are made of oak.

Kitchen
The kitchen fits perfectly into the living area and is an integral part of it, thanks to a mechanism that conceals the working and cooking area: the gloss white lacquered top has a folding opening and closing mechanism, lifted up by two gas springs that accompany its opening and slow down its closure.

The top of the work area is made of Corian, as is the sink, which is welded inside. To enhance the harmony of design and shapes even further, the appliances have also been fully integrated into the units, including the oven, dishwasher and fridge. The hood, located between the two cooker units and fully incorporated inside the units, is also retractable. The basic style of the kitchen design project is based on concept G180.
The build of the kitchen compensates the non-orthogonal walls. Indeed, the central unit that hosts the working area has asymmetrical protrusions which, together with the various trapezoidal-shaped units, see the composition embedded seamlessly into the architectural space.

Living
Between two windows overlooking Piazza Venezia, there is a suspended unit in the living area that houses a full-width bioethanol fireplace. Above it are two units with folding doors fitted with zinc-coated steel plates which absorb and radiate the heat produced by the fireplace. The suspended units also have a trapezoidal shape and are custom-made to realign and harmonise the architectural space. The entire furnishing project was built around a decorative unit with etched doors that provides a continuity of rhythm to the space.

The wall opposite the kitchen is framed by trapezoidal units (sloping at the back) with doors measuring 80 cm for a total of four storage compartments that can be used as pantries. On the top part there are more units with folding doors and LED lighting.
The wall continues with a coating that extends the continuity through to the entrance door, incorporated in a wall panel with the same fitting, the same finish and the same decorative unit as the rest of the furnishings. The entire wall is mounted on a cavity with orthogonal surfaces matching those of the walls. The wall also conceals a tilting door that leads to the sleeping quarters and the bathroom, operated by a hydraulic floor hinge which allows perfect alignment to surface once closed.

The false ceiling in the hallway conceals a duct for the distribution of the air conditioning.
The closet in the bedroom is based on concept D90 with push-and-pull door openings, oak interior and doors that continue the stylistic design trend of the entire project. All the doors are made by TM Italia using the same finish as the furnishings and customised sound-absorption solutions.
The bathroom is based on concept D90, with push-and-pull doors and panels joined at 45°, while the internal structure is made of oak.
