The project is composed of two superimposed parts. One side of the slanting facade introduces a kinetic perception of the project from Avenue Secrétan.
*The uniqueness of the floor covering* expresses our wish to bring to the whole an elegant and sober character; it is also the means to contain a proliferation of diverse architectural elements. The covering, in perforated metallic cases, includes all the apartment shutters, and plays a role in promoting privacy by decorating some of the exterior spaces, such as the access passages to the apartments or the maintenance terrace.
The dimensions as well as the organisation of the access passages to the living quarters make it possible at each level to create a micro collective.
This interface between the private sphere of each individual and the large common spaces on the ground floor is indispensable.
Sometimes open onto the exterior, like a large terrace, sometimes a winter garden, the extension will enable residents to take advantage of the living spaces in each season thanks to the retractable glass assemblages.

Le projet se décompose en deux volumes superposés. Un pan de façade en biais introduit une perception cinétique du projet à mesure que l’on descend l’avenue Secrétan. L’unicité du revêtement traduit notre volonté d’apporter à l’ensemble un caractère d’élégance et de sobriété ; elle est aussi le moyen de contenir une prolifération d’éléments programmatiques diversifiés. La vêture, en cassettes métalliques perforées,intègre l’ensemble des volets d’occultation des logements et joue le rôle de filtre de discrétion en habillant certains espaces extérieurs tels que les coursives d’accès aux logements familiaux ou encore la terrasse technique. Les dimensions ainsi que l’aménagement des coursives d’accès aux logements rendent possible à chaque niveau l’émergence d’une micro collectivité. Cette interface entre la sphère intime de chacun et les grands espaces communautaires du rez-de- chaussée est indispensable Tantôt ouverte sur l’extérieur, telle une grande terrasse, tantôt jardin d’hiver, les résidents pourront bénéficier de cette extension du logement en toute saison grâce à des ensembles vitrés repliables.
