First floor apartment built in the early 80's. Ninety five square meters of floor apartment was covering the needs of a four person’s family. The main target of the study was to make the apartment functional and operational. The new occupants, a married couple, was looking to create an additional bedroom, an open plan for the kitchen-dinning-sitting area with a fireplace added, as well as create a small space for office. Immediately the need for a small bathroom appeared.
