This apartment of 70m² has completely been rethought for a father and his son. Every "distribution" spaces were suppressed in order to open up the living room as much as possible, as well as the bathroom and the two bedrooms. Cet appartement de 70m² a été entièrement repensé pour un père et son fils. Tous les espaces de distributions ont été supprimés afin d'agrandir au maximum le séjour, la sdb et les 2 chambres. L'accès à ces pièces s'effectue dorénavant depuis la pièce principale à travers un mur en bois. Un grand meuble d'angle permet d'unifier l'espace en regroupant les fonctions (interphone et vide poches, bureaux, bibliothèque, meuble tv) et de le dynamiser grâce a ces niches jaunes. Toujours dans une logique d'optimisation de l'espace, la chambre enfant accueille un module multifonctions intégrant le lit, le bureau et de nombreux rangements libérant ainsi l'espace de jeu pour l'enfant.
