Located adjacent to our office, No 1 Norton Folgate is a five story office building placed on the cusp of Shoreditch and The City.
Built in 1985, the office is let on a floor by floor basis by small to medium sized companies on a variety of leasing terms. POD Architects worked on a programme of refurbishment works to upgrade the reception area on Norton Folgate Street, as well as new works to upgrade the common parts and to overhaul the office space to attract new tenants.
The aim of the works is to improve the general facility and attract new tenants to higher grade office space.
The projects acts as a mediator between traditional business and contemporary office lifestyle by stitching fast paced City to the ‘coolness’ of Shoreditch.
