"Water" - a multifunctional complex, designed in a modern architectural style, which includes office and retail part. The whole complex is located in the North-West district of Moscow and is in the final stages of construction.
Business center is located in a 28-storey tower with panoramic windows, the total area - 60 000 square meters. The adjacent three-storey building is a trading zone and covers more than 50, 000 square meters. The complex will be located 120 shops, area restaurants and cafes, multiplex cinema and a children's entertainment area. Six-level parking lot is designed for 855 cars.
The building is a combination of vertical and horizontal space geometry. The originality of the composition solution attach decorative ribbons on the facade of the building, which protrude from the main line.
Our company has performed works of varying complexity: wall cladding glass elevator lobbies, installation of sanitary walls of frosted glass, installation of glass ceilings with LED lighting in the office center.
