The Beach Promenade (Strandpromaden) is a unique residential project situated on one of the most attractive sites in northern Copenhagen in the Bay of Svanemøllen.

The apartments have a view to the coast up north and to the sailing and rowing clubs in the Svanemøllen Harbour on a backdrop of the Copenhagen skyline to the south. The complex contains 42 unique apartments that come in three different typologies: Townhouses, which are three story row houses, The Classic House, the existing patrician villa, which has been restructured to house modern apartments, and beach Houses – individual houses of various types.
The project is characterized by light and exclusive materials with reference to the historic expression of the north coast region. The construction stands out due to the striking balconies, which elegantly combine view with daylight in the apartments.
