CONCEPT. Idea of this project is the non-standard solution of a standard task. Its sense that the volume of section consists of several types of apartments which are some kind of cells, and have individual architectural concept. The decision charm that the owner can choose itself how will look on a facade his apartment. So every time we receive a various and interesting facade of the house. Thanks to flexible planning of the house and lack of internal bearing walls, flats can be various there: from small-sized studios to full-fledged two-level apartments.

As a result, this project leaves from monotony of the inhabited section house, gives the chance to each owner to create housing on his taste and to feel an individual approach to itself.

ARCHITECTURE. The volume of the building is solved by simple parallelepipeds which either move forward or sink down in the facade plane. Thereby the play of light and shadow on the general form of the building is reached. Rough concrete walls contrast with dark wooden surfaces. The extensive glass planes of windows are opposed to these dull surfaces. These elements make geometrical composition on a facade together.

The easy, soaring architecture of the operated roof is opposed to the strict, integral and dull form of the house. A plastic canopy from the sun stretches on all volume of the house like a stream, covering or baring its green top. It is the real soul of the house. People gather here to have a rest. The soaring, playful canopy creates the easy atmosphere. "Vertical legs" of a canopy are lamels, which can be rearranged somehow if you want to hide from the low sun or to retire.

The area of a roof provides such functions as active and passive recreation for people of different age (playground, dance floor, exhibition zone and lunch zone). These zones can also gather as a puzzle at the request of residents.

DESIGN. The constructive scheme of the building - with an internal and external framework. The constructive decision represents the bearing monolithic framework, filling between a framework with small dimensional elements act as walls.
