Maison MONOCHROME | APPAREIL architecture
Complete transformation of an existing residence to meet the needs of a young family. Lévis / Canada
Complete transformation of an existing residence to meet the needs of a young family. The exterior was modernized, and numerous windows were added to optimize the superb views of the nearby river. The interior is sleek and understated, with airy and bright spaces. The upcycled furniture adds a warm touch and creates a nice contrast with the interior's simplicity and refinement.
“APPAREIL reinvented the space in our existing home by leveraging the sunlight phases to optimize the luminosity. In addition, the APPAREIL team redesigned the space to meet the needs of our young family by choosing clean lines and a minimalistic look. Finally, the team was able to offer creative ideas and solution to issues that seemed to us initially very complex to resolve, while respecting our global vision for the project.” – Claude Boisseau and Marc-André Goyette, owners
