Directly behind the royal box on the 5th floor is restaurant Paardenburg. Inspired by this well-known restaurant in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, this interior arise. Here comes the Ajax board and guests dine, and then enjoy the most beautiful balcony in the stadium of the match.
The ‘outdoor’ feel of the restaurant has been leading in the choice of materials and furnishings. The side walls have mirrors so that the narrow room seem visually larger. To the attractiveness of the area for the guests in the rear is a ‘wall of fame’ created with photos of all Ajax-prominent figures in history. This wall has a great attraction for the guests making more noise and chaos generated during the dinner. Artists from the infamous F-side made the paintings.
