El edificio se compone por tres departamentos al frente con vista a una calle con grandes árboles, y un dúplex en la parte posterior que da a un patio interior. La fachada procura desmaterializarse para crear una conexión fuerte del exterior con el interior. Mediante un trabajo de geometría estructural se evitan columnas y se adelgaza la losa hacia la fachada, hasta llegar a un espesor mínimo.

This building is composed of three apartments on the front side, looking out on a street with large trees, and a duplex in the back which connects to an interior courtyard. The facade seems to dematerialize and thus creates a strong connection between surroundings and interior. Using structural geometry we avoided pillars and the roof slate becomes thinner towards the facade until it reaches a minimum thickness.
