El proyecto de 96 casas reinterpreta la arquitectura vernácula del lugar y restituye la tipología de casa pa- tio en respuesta a la vivienda de interés social inspirada en los suburbios estadounidenses. Integra sistemas de transporte, áreas libres y comerciales, servicios y estacionamientos. Las viviendas están construidas con materiales de la zona, diseñadas para ampliarse según los requerimientos del usuario, la circulación exterior por el pórtico maximiza su área útil y su sistema de agrupación permite grandes espacios de sombra y ventilación cruzada.

This project of 96 houses reinterprets the vernacular architecture of the area and returns to the house with courtyard corresponding to social housing inspired by US suburban homes. It integrates transportation, empty and commercial areas, services and parking. The houses use local construction materials and are designed to extend according to the requirements of the user. The portico circling the outside of the house maximizes its usable area and the grouping system provides for large shaded spaces of cross-ventilation.
