The area reconstructed is located on the bank of Chernoistochinsk Pond close to Chernoistochinsk village, in Gornouralsk district of Sverdlovsk region of Russia. It is 40 km far from the town of Nizhny Tagil.

The project of the bank territory development includes organization of various recreational zones, such as private fishing services, barbeque summer houses and facilities, guest-houses area for accommodation during summer season, sports and playgrounds zones, waterfront promenade and beach areas, and an outdoor activities zone.

The territory developed has a windsurfing zone, racecourse and a petting zoo. There is also a place for a concert stage assembly, for a waterfront and land cafes next to the camping zone.

The concept of this waterfront area limits car access to the premises. This resulted in creation of a transportation hub with cars and tourist buses parking, and bike rental. Also the design provides horse-riding routes in the park.

All created zones are interconnected functionally, which gives the visitors absolute freedom of choice in their activities.
