Capital | Zisis Papamichos

Capital is a chic café bar located in the center of Arta , in the Area of Epirus in western Greece. The idea was to design an all day café-bar with an atmosphere of a chic and elegant hotel lobby in New York. In the center of the Capital café is placed a rectangular bar , inside of it is also the D.J.

Wooden surfaces in a complex design through 4 different colors in 4 different dimension are placed around the walls.

Specially designed and selected marble tiles are placed in the main floor in front of the bar and in the rest of the café wooden floor is has been placed.

Because of the small size of the store and the numbers of the columns , mirrors are placed on the them to give the illusion of a bigger space. Also on the outside columns are placed small metal parts from stainless steel to give a sense of luxury.

On the ceiling a special designed metal construction is hanged from the roof , with wooden details on the top of the bar area.
