Joshua Rice design was responsible for the interior design, furniture selection, interior styling and complete renovation for this project. Though this is technically new construction, our offices have always referred to it as a renovation due to the fact that our services were engaged after the foundation had been poured. We did a complete redesign of almost all pre-designed interior spaces, while never deviating from the outline of the original poured foundation.
The project is an approximately 5500sqft single family residence.
