Sardinia. La Maddalena Hotel Excelsior | Sandrini Green Architecture

In the foreground, at the moment of docking, the Excelsior Hotel does not pass unnoticed. It is a historic building that has been recently renovated and really charming.
The feather in the cap is the terrace on first floor, designed with a trompe l’oeil effect where large mirroring surface areas reflect, from any point of view, the awesome view onto the sea and the Isle of Santo Stefano.
The solarium on fourth floor, even if it keeps its considerable privacy and discretion, contributes to dominate the typical Sardinian landscape.
Both the areas have been furnished with big scenographic vases and essences such as Musa and Euphorbia candelabrum.
