Provex HQ | monovolume architecture + design

The focus of the project was to create a new look of the company „Provex“, a producer of shower cabs and bathroom equipment since 1975. Provex is known for its innovation and elegant design. To express the trademark of the company the facade of the existing hall has been covered by a very special case, made of more than 8.000 metal flakes, that shimmer in the wind and look like water. Trough targeted illumination at night the metal flakes seem to be a water feature.
The outside emergency staircase is enclosed by a casing in the company colors.
By these changes the facade will be the new business card of the company.

Fokus dieses Projektes war die Fassadengestaltung des Unternehmens Provex mit Sitz im Gewerbegebiet von Bruneck. Die Firma Provex steht seit 1975 für innovatives und elegantes Design von Duschkabinen und Badezimmerausstattung, und eben diese Charakteristik sollte in der Fassade widergespiegelt werden.
Eine transluzente Haut in den CI Farben des Unternehmens bildet die Ummantelung um die externe Nottreppe während die bestehende Halle von über 8.000 lose montierten Metallblättchen umhüllt wird.
Durch diese besondere Art von Montage bewegen sich die Blättchen im Wind und schimmern wie Wasser. Nachts wird dieser Effekt durch eine gezielte Beleuchtung optimiert und die Metallteile scheinen ein glitzerndes Wasserspiel zu sein.
Die Umgestaltung wird zur neuen Visitenkarte des Unternehmens.
