From a house with multiple small rooms, a indoor serre and no interesting views into a modern and rich looking penthouse with a great view. The existing apartment in Rotterdam had a complicated hallway, a closed kitchen and several rooms which made the apartment a lot smaller.
Now the kitchen is the heart of the space. Surrounded by a lot of spatial living areas.
