Alloy converted a former Brillo warehouse into eight large lofts averaging over 3,000 square feet plus two new penthouse apartments. Building on the success of 192 Water Street, the conversion maintains the existing warehouse character while inserting contemporary fixtures and finishes. Several of the units feature 13'+ ceiling heights, private outdoor space, frontage onto a uniquely landscaped courtyard and views of Manhattan. The project sold out in early 2013 and was completed in May 2014.
