Alloy acquired, designed and developed this 31,000 square foot luxury residential building in an emerging West Chelsea neighborhood. The stark and dramatic 11-story building envelope contrasts with its serene and understated interior. Custom designed windows create the identity of the building and define the resident's experience by framing views of the city. The project was featured in several prominent publications including Metropolis, The New York Times and New York Magazine and sold out in 2010.
