In Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv, on a plot size of approximately 290 sqm, we built a house around a courtyard.

The existence of the courtyard in a dents residential neighborhood, allows the connection between inner space and outer space, giving the broader experience, an experience that brings us the light and nature, making it an integral part of the living space.

 In order to expand the relationship between outer space and inner space, we built the house around a tall interior space.     An interior glass wall facing the yard and a stone structure with a separate existence at the court, gave a sense of a joint internal and external space.  In the stone building is located the kitchen with a guest unit on top with an outdoor terrace to the garden. The bedrooms have a small balcony overlooking the high living space.

 In the roof space is the master bedroom. The master bedroom opens onto a roof terrace above the stone structure.

The facade fronts are typical to facades in Neve Tzedek.  In the street facade is a small shop blends with the shops in the streets of the neighborhood.
