This project involved the transformation of an existing second hand clothing store into a take-away Japanese sushi restaurant. The brief was to build a clear brand that reinvigorates and differentiates the restaurant by creating a distinct, energetic and cohesive personality.

Horizontal use of colour, in combination with the textured appearance of OSB (oriented strand board) paneling, aids in creating this sense of energy and provides an aesthetic that is distinctly recognizable.
