Hasle Linje is a new retail and housing project in Hasle, which is places centrally between Økern, Løren and Frydenberg. The area includes among others Building 01, which is an old production facility of the Wine Monopoly.

The design proposal aims at preserving a strong industrial identity. The existing building has a closed and compact structure and the cross form is not fit for housing due to the depth of the building which will not allow views, daylight and exterior spaces. Therefore, the cross-formed building will be demolished and replaced by two residential towers on an open site. Thereby, a vibrant and inviting exterior space with social arenas and common activities will be created around the towers.
