To the east corner of the site is an existing listed building, our landscape proposals needed to interface with its existing openings. The site levels were considered carefully by our landscape architects to ensure boundary details works and that existing onsite trees continued to thrive. Our proposals enabled the retention of the majority of on site trees, and our considered design minimises the potential impact of the proposed development on their existing roots. Vehicular parking, pedestrian circulation and private gardens were accommodated within our proposals.
