Spread along the coast of the Saudi Capital, Jeddah, Coral beach was proposed in 2005 introducing an array of mixed-use programs along the waterfront for locals and visitors alike. The Coral Beach master plan includes spaces for outdoor activities, residential villas, hotels, shops, restaurants, recreational centers, a sports center, health clubs, a lighthouse club, and more.

Spanning over an area of 304,000 sqm and overlooking the Red Sea, the Coral Beach resort is one of the biggest most prestigious projects in the area. Offering commercial and natural leisure, Coral Beach guests have the chance to shop at one of its pier shops, dine in tone of the outdoor restaurants or simply enjoy the breathtaking view of the water in the afternoon. All that in addition to the beautiful pool and pier where guests can dock their boats and enjoy the water.
Emphasizing on creating spaces that enhance the waterfront, the proposal seeks to introduce new elements of leisure and wellness to the city of Jeddah and its guests.
