Trois programmes (logements étudiants, logements investisseurs et logements en accession) et un seul bâtiment qui redonne calme et structure au quartier : tels étaient les enjeux de ce projet. Le projet génère un voisinage avec le centre culturel du 104 en ménageant un grand porche traversant jusqu’à l’ensemble des Orgues de Flandres. Chaque rue est bordée par deux bâtiments, organisés autour d’un jardin ouvert à l’arrière côté tour. Le bâtiment adopte un langage compact, souligné de grandes horizontales offrant des balcons généreux. Autour du jardin, la façade est travaillée comme un grand plissé offrant des vues lointaines

Three programmes (student housing, rental and home ownership units) and a single building that brings serenity and structure to the district: these were the challenges facing this project. The design creates a natural flow toward the 104 cultural centre across the street, thanks to a large porch that pierces the building through to the Orgues de Flandres residential complex. On either side of the plot, each street is lined with a building extending around a garden that opens on one end toward the apartment towers. The buildings use a compact language, highlighted by strong horizontal lines that also provide generously sized balconies. Around the garden, the façade is designed as a series of pleats, offering far-reaching views over Paris.
