                        ALVARADO TOWER

The project was commissioned by an insurer of tobacco workers. They needed not only a place for your headquarters, but mono departments environments for travelers, coffe shop and parking lot.

The building is three blocks from downtown Salta. It is facing north. It comprises two towers. The main, located forward, is in charge of hosting the headquarters of Sumicli and a bakery on the ground floor. It has a height of 3 storey building regulations respecting the City. High tower, which is the highest, is at the bottom of the field. In the same mono environments and departments they have more offices. Reaches the height of 7 floors.

When the design is looking to achieve a visual duality. By day, the building shows a cold and sober way, due to the use of its materials (concrete and aluminum, and at night, take a warmer tone for the provision of artificial lights.

Because of their guidance, seeking to protect the office sector with an aluminum mesh that serves both as visor design icon.
