VERDIN is a contemporary restaurant, smart eating, which emphasizes the consumption of local products, seasonal and organic. Uses culinary practices that prevent nutritional losses and general waste. Healthy, functional, practical and sustainable, the food is made and processed daily. The restaurant has 3 floors. In the basement there is a kitchen, at street level the public has access to the food, and on the third floor there is a stock.


 


The lounge, very small, was treated objectively - Exhibition of products in the direction of access, payment and service facing the entrance and tables for clients in the sequel. The tables are protected by wired and translucent glass that separates the sidewalk and the lounge. The facade of steel and glass has an industrial and contemporary language.


 


We decided to establish a relationship between the clients and the floor. Its hexagonal shape is the same as the logo mark of the restaurant and in addition, the hydraulic tile is able to bring the locals back in time. This floor was often used in old mansions of Rio de Janeiro. So we try to encourage childhood memories of most customers. From there, the flavors will lead to new surprises the imaginary universe.


 


The vegetation exposed in the hall, reinforces the relationship between man and nature, as well as the use of coatings such as wood.


 


Overall, the project has a plural language. The choice of furniture and the use of materials in their original composition promote a unique environment - Simple, functional, natural and warm.
