FESTIVAL DES ARCHITECTURES VIVES 2016 - THEMATIQUE : INNOVER

En 2015 le FAV avait réuni pas moins de 15 000 visiteurs et s'était engagé à la sensibilisation en milieu scolaire avec 31 classes de maternelle et primaire qui avaient pris part à ce nouveau programme. 
Pour sa onzième édition le Festival des Architectures Vives à Montpellier se déroulera du 15 juin au 19 juin 2016, le FAV La Grande Motte se déroulera du 18 juin au 26 juin 2016. 
Pour autant le FAV continuera à sensibiliser le grand public à l'architecture, à mettre en avant une jeune génération d'architectes et à faire découvrir des lieux du patrimoine urbain inattendus.

LES APPELS A CANDIDATURE SONT LANCES :

- Pour réaliser 10 interventions dans le cadre du FAV Montpellier
- Pour réaliser 8 interventions dans le cadre du FAV La Grande Motte

Comme chaque année, le FAV proposera un parcours aux visiteurs, sorte de découverte architecturale. A Montpellier il se déroulera dans des cours d'hôtels particuliers du centre ville, tandis qu'à La Grande Motte il investira l'espace public de la cité en bord de mer à l'architecture si caractéristique de Jean Balladur.

La date butoire du dépôt des candidatures est fixée au vendredi 4 décembre 2015.

In 2015 the Festival was visited by not less than 15 000 visitors and was committed to raising awareness in schools and in 2015 it was 31 kindergarten and primary classes that took part in this new program.
For its 11th edition the Festival des Architectures Vives will take place in Montpellier from June 15th to 19th 2016, the FAV La Grande Motte will take place from June the 18th to 26th 2016. Innovate is the key word for this edition.
Still, the FAV will continue its work to raise the general public's awareness to architecture, to highlight the young architects generation and to make discover unexpected places of urban heritage.

CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS :

- To realize 10 interventions for the FAV Montpellier
- To realize 8 interventions for the La Grande Motte

Like every year, the FAV will offer to the visitors a path, a kind of architectural discovery. In Montpellier, it will take place in the town center 's private hostels, while in La Grande Motte it will invest the public space of the seaside town with the Jean Balladur's specific architecture.

The deadline to submit your application is fixed on Friday, December the 4th of 2015.
