Multifunktional building of V&Visomatic locate in the Residential Neighborhood Manastirski Livadi in a Capital city of Bulgaria.

The design concept is based on creating a comfortable living environment, fitting harmoniously into the surrounding space, meets current operational and technological requirements, has  an open and flexible plan.  Environmental neutrality, low operating costs and ease of maintenance, an optimal ratio of price against technology and aesthetics needs are taken into consideration.

Build up area of the building is limited by its functional necessity, sought clarity of outline and structure. This minimizes capital investments, lowers the carbon footprint and leaves open green space.

In the project design axial distances are consistent with both the ergonomic dimensions of working areas and the required dimensions of car parking spaces, thus achieving maximum special efficiency. The interiors are finished with individualised details and in bright colours. The glass walls allow natural  light to reach every corner of the workspace.

Provision of natural ventilation and use of specialized materials (concrete, brick, granite flooring, aluminum window frames and cladding, insulation, floors and drywalls) guarantees low energy consumption, durability of structure and construction,  high standards, with the necessary thermal mass optimising the microclimate in the premises.
