The new museum project has been a stimulation of a new research in order to design a skyscraper that does not just answer to bio-building trade by its shape and volume. The sail propose must be a building able to be socially self-sufficient.

The proposal of this project is to build an edifice that includes school, garden, place where the people can meet or receive assistance. In particular, the building has daycares centre used by who dwells in the above apartments.

In this project the time become a new term of the bio-construction dictionary.

The user cancels the time used the work place, the school of the children, in consequence the traffic in the urban centre is diminished. This new concept of building gives birth to small city located inside the metropolis without obliterating the merit of the last one
