The project encompasses the adaptive reuse and substantial expansion of an existing building in the Wynwood Arts District. The Puerto Rican community, which has a rich history in the ‘Boricua’ Wynwood neighborhood, will now have an established central gathering place to call home. Included in the project are artist studios, a café, community spaces, offices and parking totaling approximately 49,000 square feet on three levels in a contemporary designed building that will activate the south edge of NW 2nd Avenue.
