Material choice and form convey the impression of boulders – in the same time reminiscence and an association of the mine twenty meters below the property. Their distribution and formal design consider sight lines and outlooks in the garden and to the lake. The acute lateral façades visually appear to be shorter and let the four floors to seem smaller. The apartments can be subdivided diversely – from the open plan loft to the six-room apartment.
