The sensitive renovation of the former movie theatre “Leningrad” in Saint Petersburg’s central district, involved a major modernization program, which included a flexible mix of spaces: a theatre hall for a large variety of events - from fashion shows to theatre performances - a VIP club, and a top floor restaurant with panoramic views over the city and Tavricheskiy gardens.
The 340-seat main hall provides upgraded equipment to meet modern standards and ensure maximum flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of configurations. Fitted out with the latest audio and digital broadcast systems, the building’s spaces incorporate sound proofing materials throughout to guarantee optimal acoustic
performance.
