This was a renovation project of a house which was located among Ordu’s well known traditional  houses and has wonderful view of the city from above. Our client had a land with an idle and from architectural stand point no value house in it. We first took down the old house and instead constructed new modern house which represents the architectural  pattern of the region. Due to elevation difference in the land, we constructed indoor parking and a glass covered panaromic elevator from parking to each floor. We used natural stone on the facade and also installed wooden shutters to windows. For the purpose of maximum efficiency, we installed smart home automation system, roof windows and solar energy panels.
