Redevelopment Hotel Venus

The project involves the redevelopment of the Hotel and Villa looking even outdoor spaces, connections, new services dedicated to the hotel and an underground parking. Externally it has been exploited part of the swimming pool to create a space reserved for breakfast or outdoor dining, which at the time the Hotel does not have . Now the existing pool is oversized compared to the needs, so we have completely redesigned the park, the pool and the paths. Around the building we had to think of an extension to increase the number of rooms, improving the aesthetics of the building but without too much impact. The project completely retrains all the facades and the exterior property but also the interior of the hotel, the rooms, the dining rooms and a new spa.
