Project of Russian Cultural Center create a new typology of active and changing space for the representation of contemporary Russian culture, involving maximum flexibility and development opportunities in the future.

Semantic center of the project area is a landscape square, forming the territory of "court" as an important social space for Russian culture

Сomplex of the single-storey architectural objects with a sloping roof is formed around the “court” area and incorporated by one common underground space. Concert hall, auditorium, playground, exhibition space and the lobby can be combined in a common area, or used independently. This allows the Cultural Center to create events of different scale and significance.

Between the pavilions of the ground level there are several urban squares, which also can be held training sessions, social events, festivals, exhibitions, lectures and film screenings
