The minimalistic design of the Silence series draws on the most ascetic design trends. The stand-alone washbasin with its base shaped like an upside-down Y or an empty alpha given an impression of a light and practical constructions which is plainly nice. The bowl with its arms rising at a 15 degrees angle amplifies the sensation of lightness but, at the same time, it helps drain water more quickly. The countertop washbasin resembles a deckchair or a chaise lounge one can sit in and relax. It has even got rails. The combination of white DuPont™ Corian® with transparent plastic created an unusual effect previously not seen in bathroom equipment. The Silence tiles have several patterns. On closer look there appears to be a combination of geometrical shapes and more spontaneous lines – much like an English garden surrounded by French hedge maze...
