The client wanted a house with difference. Clent’s age group will not allowing him to dedicate some time to maintain the house. The need is to feeling of close with each other even though if each of them are not close to. Design principles selected to cater the requirements with least invasion of anything else. Communicative places has been created to have the feeling of closeness with each other. Due to semi-tropical weather care has been taken to maximise the cross ventilation with settlement of dust outside the home. Shaded device has been created to have the cool effect on walls. Vastu (scientific) principles applicable to region has been followed for the core distribution of spaces.
