La Dolça, the new gastronomic space in Tickets Restaurant, is the result of the successful collaboration of the tandem formed by the chefs Albert and Ferran Adrià and the Iglesias brothers over the past four years. The continued evolution and success of Tickets Restaurant requires an extension, and gives birth to La Dolça, the new space dedicated solely to desserts. For its design the Adrià brothers once again choose EL EQUIPO CREATIVO who designed the original Tickets as well as several of their other gastronomic spaces, like the prize-winning sites Cocteleria 41º and the Peruvian-Japanese Pakta Restaurant.

After a dinner full of surprises in Tickets, the guests are invited to "put the icing on the cake" by having dessert in La Dolça. The new space aims to embrace the visitor and carry him to the magical universe of children's stories where sweets have a special importance, like "Alice in Wonderland" or "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". And just as in those fantasy worlds, everyday objects change scale, context and position creating a surprising and fantastic space... and perhaps making us feel like children once again.
From above, the ceiling as protagonist receives the guest with an explosion of color: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and giant flowers envelop the space offering a unique and magical atmosphere. At a more accessible level for the guest, the furniture, specifically designed for La Dolça, also forms part of the stenography. The white paper doilies used for pastries are the leitmotiv for the design of the tables, which at the same time serve as filters through which the spotlights draw a world of lights and shadows on the floor.
While gathering the bustling spirit of Tickets Restaurant, La Dolça offers a sweet, fantastic counterpoint: from the roguish world of the Paral.lel Avenue to which Tickets pays homage to an imaginary world seen through the eyes of a child.

La Dolça, el nuevo espacio gastronómico del Restaurante Tickets, nace como respuesta al exitoso recorrido del tándem formado por los chefs Albert y Ferran Adrià junto con los hermanos Iglesias en los últimos cuatro años. La continúa evolución y el éxito de Tickets hace necesaria su ampliación, y de esta manera nace La Dolça, el nuevo espacio dedicado a los postres. Para su diseño los hermanos Adrià vuelven a contar con EL EQUIPO CREATIVO, quien diseño en su día el Restaurante Tickets, así como otros de sus espacios gastronómicos, como los premiados diseños para la coctelería 41º y el restaurante peruano-japonés Pakta.

Como “guinda” a una cena llena de sorpresas en el restaurante Tickets, los clientes son invitados a tomar el postre en La Dolça. El nuevo espacio pretende envolver al visitante y transportarlo a ese universo mágico de los cuentos infantiles donde los dulces tienen un protagonismo especial, tales como “Alicia en el País de las maravillas” o “Charlie y la fábrica de chocolate”. Y al igual que ocurre en dichos mundos, nuestros objetos cotidianos cambian de escala, de contexto, de posición, creando un espacio sorprendente y fantástico… y tal vez haciéndonos sentir niños otra vez.

En el plano superior, el techo se convierte en el protagonista del espacio y nos recibe con una explosión de color: fresas, moras, frambuesas, cerezas y flores gigantes envuelven el espacio aportando una atmosfera mágica y única. En un plano más accesible al cliente, el mobiliario también forma parte de la escenografía del espacio y ha sido diseñado específicamente para La Dolça. Las blondas de papel blancas de las tartas se utilizan como leitmotiv para el diseño de las mesas, que sirven a su vez de filtro a través del cual los focos dibujan un mundo de luces y sombras en el pavimento.

La Dolça recoge el espíritu bullicioso del Tickets aportando un contrapunto dulce, fantasioso. Del universo canalla de la Avenida Paralelo a la que Tickets rinde homenaje a la imaginación de un mundo a través de los ojos de niño.
