Shop Smart Agency | Vinyl Impression

Shop Smart are a retail marketing agency that specialise in delivering targeted solutions that connect with shoppers to impact specific aims such as increasing sales. The Team at Shop Smart got in touch with us at Vinyl Impression HQ to see how we could help them facilitate a design throughout their space that would showcase what they did as a business.

Before getting in touch, the team at Shop Smart had seen one of our case studies on the ‘Fi-Nest’ project and wanted to achieve something similar using illustrations of people, buildings and brands. In order to ensure that we could deliver what they envisioned we sent one of our creative consultants to meet their team and discuss their options and the process ahead.

Once we had fully understood their brief and specifications we called for our collaborative designer Kat, from The Joy Press, who is available for hand drawn commissions. Kat spent several days sketching different scenes that incorporated different building styles, people, animals and plants that incorporated brands that Shop Smart work with in order to showcase their company offering. Once these sketches were complete they were transformed into vector based artwork that could be produced.

The production process of these intricate designs took several days to complete and following this they were installed at the Shop Smart offices near Gatwick airport. The designs were all produced with matt black vinyl with a several printed elements within them to draw out some colour within the design. These graphics were placed within a large open plan office space and in several meeting rooms to create a consistent design look and feel through out the space.
