The building is part of technological railroad complex of Donetsk railroad station and compositionally it is "transitional" element between the renewed historic building of station and modern building of shopping center that was designed by APM "Dneprogiprotrans Institute." Behind the glass facades it is arranged space of the courtyard lighted by bay window. Its function is communication as it is located on crossroads of major pedestrian connections: Station Square with 1st railway platform and shopping center with building of the station.
