The whole façade is a reinterpretation of the typical Herculinian galleries, integrating in the display of the old city of La Coruña. The wooden blinds act as mobile elements and the possibility of folding provide an aura of elegance and tradition to the building.

Besides the outside visual game generated by the blades, in the inside the stone walls are preserved as the original.

The project allows the free distribution of the inside space and full utilization of thanks to the enormous functionality and comfort deployed. The interior spaces are  hidden from the external view by the woden blinds. The just over 80 square meters of the duplex allow optimum livability in a privileged place.

It is very interesting the visual game that offers the facade, with small openings that just let glimpse the stairway, and the strength of the wood in their cohabitation with the irregular pieces of stone granite.
