Considered design solution uses modern ideas about the principles of the built environment of the whole person and the creation of conditions of life for people in particular. The idea of ​​this concept is based on the application of methods to reduce resource intensity of construction and improvement of its environmental performance.

The interior of each body is conventionally divided into residential and public part. The first floor is occupied by the organization of household activities of a single body. This is the place of entrance room, the room input switching utilities, supporting domestic premises. Free from the minimum required number of economic and technical area of ​​the first floor rooms can function as the housing stock increased comfort, commercial premises and public areas for leisure time living. Top - the second, third and fourth floors - are part of individual living rooms for 1-2 persons and domestic common areas. Among domestic and ancillary facilities included toilets, showers, washrooms, laundry, drying, ironing, kitchen-dining room, cleaning equipment, outdoor terraces and balconies.
