BC Prestige | 4M Architecture

BC Prestige is an ubran transformation and mix-used Project which is planning to be constructed in Northern Iraq / Arbil. This Project asserts luxury residences, social and  recreative areas and brings dynamism with its internal and extroversive forms. The purpose of this project is to provide a dynamic symbol of the area with topographical aspects and integrate with lowrise structures, as it locates at the center of Arbil.

Comparing to Arbil’s modest residential pattern, BC Prestige clearly challenges ordinary life styles by bringing new  understanding to form of life and respond to historical pattern of the area. One of the important principals of this design is to provide gather people’s willingness to new patterns and old history of the city.  The project, which consists of 2500 residential units, social and commercial areas, integrating within the organically developing Arbil city by referring to newly cultural ‘’hub’’.
