LUBRANO CIAVARRA ARCHITECTS provided 100% Design and Construction Documents for the renovation of all 335 units, four penthouse tower suites, corridors, and elevators at the 336,000sf Mondrian South Beach Hotel in Miami. Schematic Design was also provided through Construction Administration services for the concept design by Marcel Wanders for the 4,000sf spa and gym facilities, including all custom millwork detailing. The Mondrian South Beach Hotel Spa received Travel & Leisure Magazine’s 2010 Best Spa Design Award.
