This East Side Apartment offers limitless light along with the rare spatial extension of a linear terrace. To highlight these exterior offerings, the introduction of reflective surface materials (ebonized oak, parapan cabinets, back painted glass sills, and diamond polished concrete counters) coupled with the installation of floating partitions creates an interior of spatial reciprocity with this uncommon New York City terrace.
